CCAA FORUM RULES AND REGULATIONS
This forum was created by the Cane Corso Association of America (CCAA) for Cane Corso enthusiasts and owners. We would encourage users to share and exchange advice, stories, photos, accomplishments and anything else related to the CCAA and to the breed while maintaining a respectful and honest environment. We would like to encourage respectful debate but we would remind you to ‘Debate the Post, Don’t Attack the Poster’.
Terms Of Usage
The CCAA provides you access to this forum and is maintained and moderated by the CCAA. The CCAA Moderators Committee monitors the forum, and by doing so reserves the right to remove or edit any message or adjust the access of users to the forum. Messages that the CCAA may, in its sole discretion, decide to remove or edit include without limitation those which violate the included list of restrictions. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to post on the Forum. Access will be given to minors over the age of thirteen (13) who have written parental consent.
The CCAA Moderators Committee will do its utmost to continually moderate and monitor the forum but occasionally a message will be posted without review. Opinions expressed on the forum are those of the message author and not of the CCAA. The CCAA makes no representations or warranties concerning the truth or falsity of any claim or assertion of fact made by message posters on this Forum. If you see a post that violates the Rules and Regulations of the Forum, we would encourage you to contact a member of the Moderators Committee as listed on the CCAA website at www.canecorso.org.
You agree when posting on the CCAA Forum that any information that is disclosed on the CCAA Forum becomes public information. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. In an attempt to control abuse, you must register with the Forum with a valid email address, to be supplied before any posting to the CCAA Forum. The CCAA Forum permits users to exchange private messages on the forum. You should exercise the same caution when sending private messages as you would any public posting. Private messages are subject to all other provisions of these usage terms.
You agree that the CCAA may release any or all content to governmental agencies, courts, or other third-parties if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have or may have committed illegal activities, violated the terms of usage of this agreement, violated the rights of third-parties, impaired in any respect the ability of the CCAA to operate the Forum properly, or endangered in any respect the CCAA or third-parties, or in the event that the information is subpoenaed or subject to other judicial or administrative process.
Should the CCAA decide, in its sole discretion, that it needs to discover your identity further to enforce this agreement against you, you waive any right you might otherwise have had to prevent the CCAA from learning your identity from your internet service provider.
If any part of the terms of usage included in this agreement is found unenforceable, the CCAA reserves the right to modify the agreement to comply with the law. All remaining terms of usage shall remain valid and enforceable.
The CCAA shall have the sole discretion as to what constitutes a violation of any of these usage terms.
Restrictions When Posting on the Forum
The following content is not permitted to appear in any messages posted to the CCAA Forum:
- Any post violating the Constitution and Bylaws and Code of Ethics of the CCAA.
- Any post containing the promotion of the sale of puppies or litters whether written or by posting pictures of litters and/or puppies for sale is strictly forbidden.
- Promotion of any Cane Corso Club other than the CCAA
- Racism, Hatred, Harassment, Adult Content, Obscene Material, Nudity or Pornography
- Under no circumstances may you disclose personally identifying information about or related to a person under the age of thirteen (13).
- Material that infringes intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party and/or copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you
- Piracy, hacking, viruses or worms
- Any individuals or organizations that promote or use spamming (unsolicited bulk e-mail)
- Users may not, (when using the Forum) impersonate any individual or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or group.
- Any illegal content
- Commercial banner advertisements (other than those which we have placed/approved)
- Any link to or any images from a site containing any material outlined in these restrictions
- Any material deemed offensive or inappropriate by the CCAA
- Any post deliberately provoking and/or taunting a fellow poster
- Any post deemed by the Moderators to be a personal attack
The CCAA reserves the right to terminate or take steps to terminate your access to the Forum, in whole or in part, without warning, for any reason at its sole discretion. Acts or failures to act for which the CCAA may terminate or take steps to terminate your access to the Forum include without limitation the violation of the restrictions as listed in this agreement.
The CCAA reserves the right to modify these usage terms at any time. Modifications will be posted to the Forum and the CCAA website. You agree to review these usage terms for modifications regularly.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Forum is at your sole risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtain by you from the CCAA Forum (including its officers, directors, volunteers and affiliates) will create any warranty not stated in these usage terms. The CCAA will not be responsible for any damages you may suffer as a result of any messages posted on the Forum by users or you, to or through the use of this Forum.
You are solely responsible for any message you post to the Forum. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the CCAA and its officers, directors, volunteers and affiliates from any losses, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from any claim or demand arising out of or related to your use of the Forum, including without limitation claims arising out of or related to your violation of these terms, your violation of the rights of another person, or the content of any message or messages posted to the CCAA Forum.
The CCAA’s failure at any time to enforce any part of these usage terms shall not constitute a waiver or limitation of the CCAA’s right subsequently to enforce the terms of usage in this agreement.
Viewing, posting or registering for access to the CCAA Forum constitutes your acceptance of the terms in this agreement.by clicking above you are agreeing to abide by terms set forth above. |
